Applications of Mini and Micro Ball Valves

For example, they’re found in compressors used to recharge car air conditioning systems and inflate tires.

MINI. Our mini valve range includes three models manufactured from brass bar or forging, offering a variety of options to meet your specific needs. 

• s.31: exclusively forged, this ball valve comes in sizes from ¼” to ¾” and can handle pressures up to 40 bar. It’s specifically designed for actuation and is compatible with our new CP8 actuator, which comes with a quick connect mounting kit included. Learn more about the CP8 actuator here.
   
• s.34 and s.35: these brass valves are made from bar stock and are available in sizes from 1/8” to 1/2”. The s.34 handles pressures up to 15 bar, while the s.35 can manage up to 30 bar. Both models offer reliable, high-performance solutions across various operations. They come with different handle configurations in different materials and are suitable for panel mount as well.
  Fun fact: the s.34 was the second model of ball valve ever produced by Bonomi Industries!

MICRO, s.39: this series is manufactured from forged brass and available in sizes from 1/8” to 1/4”. It can handle pressures up to 60 bar – a standout feature in the market, making it perfect for high-pressure applications.
